The Process

Fill out our submission form with as much detail as you have — who signed it, estimated era, any provenance or documentation. Once we receive your enquiry we'll confirm the quote and send you secure packaging and insured courier instructions. We make the shipping process as straightforward as possible.
When your item arrives it goes straight to our authentication desk. We run a full forensic review — ink and paper dating, signature comparison against verified reference databases, physical condition assessment, and provenance checks. Every piece is handled with care throughout. You'll receive a confirmation when examination begins.
Your item receives a numerical condition grade on our standardised scale, along with a plain-language written report covering authenticity verdict, condition notes, and a market value estimate. We write these reports to be genuinely useful — not just a certificate. You'll receive a digital copy before your item is returned.
Authenticated pieces are sealed with our tamper-evident holographic label and entered into our permanent registry — giving your item a traceable record that travels with it. We then ship it back to you via insured courier. From receipt to return, you'll always know where your item is.
